What To Expect
You'll spend the morning with Nina, learning about the key characteristics of the Highly Sensitive Trait. If you've always been told you're 'too sensitive' & to stop overthinking things, you'll understand these are only a small part of what being sensitive brings.
You'll be given information that will help you see your sensitivity as a gift & receive powerful techniques to help manage overwhelm.
There'll be time to ask any questions you have about being a Highly Sensitive Person.
After the morning session with Nina, we'll break for a delicious lunch.
You'll then spend the afternoon experiencing the healing benefits of a Forest Bathing session, led by Sonya.
Through a series of exercises, Sonya will help you slow down your mind and body, and engage your senses.
We'll be spending the entire time outdoors, breathing in the fresh air & benefiting from the healing properties of the Forest.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, connected to Nature and with a deep appreciation for your Highly Sensitive self.
