Invitation to Pause
AÂ Retreat for Sensitive Women Leaders with Nina Khoo
Monday 13th – Wednesday 15th July 2025
Gambledown Farm, near Winchester
Â
Stop. Pause. Retreat.
Make time to explore what truly matters to you.
Â
I'm ready to pauseWhen was the last time you had a full day, let alone three, just for you?
You show up. Every day. For your family, your team, your clients, your community. You care deeply, you give generously and you're the one people turn to.
But somewhere in all that giving, you've lost touch with yourself. You're living in your head, caught on the hamster wheel, moving fast but going... where exactly?
Resilience isn't about having the capacity to push through. It's about knowing when to stop and build your energy reserves.
This retreat gives you that space. Not a stolen hour. Not a hurried walk between meetings. A real pause - where you are the priority.
What if you could press pause?
When you step off the hamster wheel, a whole new vista of opportunities emerges.
It's when we stop and breathe, and take a step back, that we see all the possibilities that were previously hidden from view.
This retreat is your invitation to:
- Step completely off the wheel and reconnect with the woman beneath all the roles you play
- Ask the questions that get drowned out by daily noise -Â Is this where I want to be going? What do I actually want?
- Rest your nervous system, nourish your body, and rediscover the joy you've forgotten exists
- Write, dance, rest, play. Eat delicious food. Nurture your body, rest your busy mind, heal your spirit.

"Nina has this incredible ability to create a welcoming atmosphere where you feel completely comfortable opening up. She’s so calm, empathetic, and encouraging, which makes it easy to talk and connect.
I came into Nina’s session feeling completely overwhelmed by life - balancing a busy home, three grown-up kids living at home, work commitments, and everything else. I was struggling to find balance and just felt stuck.
After the session, I felt lighter, calmer, and more grounded. It was so therapeutic to have a safe, non-judgmental space to get everything out of my head and share with like-minded people.Â
Since that day, I’ve gained the confidence to pursue things I love, like writing poetry, which Nina has always supported me in. When someone believes in you the way she does, it’s hard not to start believing in yourself too.
If you’re thinking about joining one of Nina’s sessions: just do it. You’ll come away feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. It was such a valuable experience, and I’d absolutely do it again."

Meet your Guide
While there are other coaches who work with the sensitive trait, I specialise in working with sensitive women who know deep down they're here to make a difference. Those who are no longer content to remain in the background, providing sage advice, but feel the pull to step up & make their voices heard. Women willing to be visible, to be leaders themselves.
I've combined Neuro Linguistic Programming, NIA-inspired movement, Wild Voice™ work & other powerful methodologies, with my research & personal experience of the sensitive trait. Through my programs, working on the mind, body, emotion & spirit levels, sensitive women learn how to manage the challenges that come from their physiology, so they can show up consistently, sharing their unique strengths to make their positive impact on the World.Â
"Life had been so busy, and I knew it was time to step back, take a breath, and refocus on where my energy was going. Nina has a beautiful way of guiding you toward the answers you already have, gently encouraging clarity and confidence without telling you what to do.
The day was a perfect mix of her unique coaching tools combined with the Wild Voice writing and NIA Dance. I left feeling calm, grounded, and re-centered.
Since then, I've made real changes. I’ve set new boundaries and made time for the things I enjoy most, which keeps me grounded amidst the busyness of family life and other commitments.
If you're considering it, just go for it! Nina has a gentle, intuitive way of drawing out what you truly need. Each experience with her has helped me find clarity and focus. I always leave her sessions with exactly what I need to move forward."

You matter. Your voice deserves to be heard. The world needs what you have to give - and you can't give it if you're empty.

"Nina’s knowledge is vast, but more than that, it's just easy to enter into conversation and explore something with her.
When I came to Nina with a question about my ongoing fatigue, she was intuitively led to do some body-based work. This was just a really beautiful process and allowed a deeper insight and also confirmation of messages I had been receiving.Â
I now have a greater awareness of the ways in which my body is speaking to me and the messages that my fatigue is speaking to me.
Nina has a really beautiful and gentle approach that can also bring powerful shifts and insights. She's really good at holding space in a way that feels very inviting, safe and welcoming."
